Pasta Milano


Pasta:

  • 1 box bowtie pasta, cooked

Chicken:

  • 3 c. chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 Tbl. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Season chicken with salt and pepper and cook in oil until done.

Chunky Alfredo Sauce:

  • 4 Tbl. butter (almost browned)
  • 3 c. mushrooms, sliced
  • ½ c. onions, chopped
  • ½ c. sun-dried tomatoes, julienned
  • 1 tsp. garlic, minced

Sauté vegetables in butter. Then add the following and simmer for 5 minutes:

  • ½ c. cream
  • 1 c. half and half
  • ½ c. parmesan
  • 1 ½ tsp. dried basil
  • 2 tsp. chicken bouillon

Directions:

Add cooked chicken and pasta to sauce mixture. Stir well and serve with fresh parmesan on top.
