Naan


Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp. yeast
  • 3 Tbl. sugar
  • ½ c. warm water (105 degrees)
  • ½ egg
  • 3 Tbl. plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbl. butter
  • 2 c. bread flour

Directions:

Mix yeast and sugar, then pour warm water over and proof for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and mix for 10 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap and set in a warm place for 1 hour. Divide into 6 pieces, roll out, and cook on a flat skillet until done.

Tips:

Wonderful warm.
