Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups warm water (125°F)
  • 2 tsp yeast
  • 1 Tbl sugar
  • 2 Tbls fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
  • 3 ¾ cups flour
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • 2 Tbls olive oil
  • Extra olive oil and salt for topping
  • 6 ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Combine warm water, yeast, sugar, and rosemary in a bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix for about 10 minutes until well combined.
  3. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm area for 1 hour. Punch down the dough and let it rise again for another hour.
  4. Preheat the oven to 450°F.

  7. Continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes until the bread is golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve.
