Ingredients:
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 ½ c. milk
- 1 c. flour
- ½ tsp. salt
- 2 Tbl. sugar
- 2 Tbl. canola oil
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and let set for 2–3 hours if possible.
Pour a thin layer of batter onto a crepe pan or flat pan.
Spread batter out with a spoon to make thinner and bigger crepes.
Makes 8–10 crepes.
