Ingredients:
- 1 c. butter, softened
- ¾ c. white sugar (I use all brown sugar)
- ¾ c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
Mix the ingredients above until combined. Then add:
- 1 ½ c. white flour (I use half wheat flour)
- 2 c. regular oats (I use 2 ½ c.)
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 cups mini chocolate chips
Directions:
Mix until thoroughly combined.
Cookies (tend to flatten out): bake at 325 degrees for 9 minutes.
Bars: bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, or until done.
